Cathance River Education Alliance hosted a program featuring Skip Lisle of Vermont-based Beaver Deceivers in which Skip shares his experience developing and perfecting structures designed to allow humans and beavers to co-exist peacefully. With these structures in place, we benefit from the tremendous ecological benefits of beaver-created wetlands and avoid human/beaver conflicts such as flooded roads and fields.
